Help develop and maintain brand integrity Answer customer questions through email and social media platforms Further enhance our world class customer service and 90-day guarantee Engage with customers through social media including Facebook, Instagram, blogs and other platforms Contribute to and help implement our current social media calendar Grow our followers on Facebook & Instagram and expand into new platforms Develop various creative work for Facebook and Instagram Create content schedule, posts and engagement in our Facebook Group Execute social media projects based on direction of project manager Work with Instagram influencers to coordinate promotions and giveaways Work with influencers to grow our affiliate program General administrative support Creating FBA labels Work with warehouse manager to manage inventory Work within timelines, handle workflow and communicate with the marketing team Create and grow a program to give back to animal shelters Social media design and management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) Photography Email marketing Knowledge of dog behavior/training Experience with dog products Must be able to work in Victor, NY.
