Mobile/manufactured home brokerage office has sales positions open in Northwest Tucson Tasks include listing, showing and selling homes in NW Tucson mobile home communities Must have or apply for a Salesperson’s License with Department of Housing (no test required) This is an independent contractor commission sales position The right person for this position should possess the following: Have a pleasant demeanor both in person and on the phone Have good telephone etiquette Be organized, a self-starter, able to receive and follow directions and to work on your own Be able to multi-task when needed and complete tasks dependably and on time Be comfortable using computers, copiers, scanners and Outlook or other email client Have a cell phone to send and receive emails and/or texts Be able to draft simple business letters and emails with good spelling and grammar skills Be able to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing Photography skills/experience are a plus Must have own dependable vehicle with insurance coverage Apply by sending your resume or inquiry to officePT85704@gmail.com.
