Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream Seeking Social Media Assistant

Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream (@morgensternsnyc) is seeking a creative and out-of-the box thinker Social Media Assistant to help the brand manage and further grow its social media presence across multiple platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. The Social Media Assistant will be working directly with the Marketing coordinator to implement high- impact campaigns. This is a hybrid part-time position (5-10 hours a week) which requires a portion of your time to be in-person to shoot content onsite. We're seeking candidates with the following qualities: Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently Has initiative Experience in F&B; social media management and/or other creative industries Photography skills (professional camera, preferred) Highly-motivated What you’ll be doing: Market research of audiences across social media platforms Come up with an overall social media strategy plan and calendar Monitor and track analytics, measure ROI Day-to-day social media management / social media support / reputation management Shoot photos / videos in-store Editing of photos / videos that may be used for websites and social media pages Copywriting Cover store events / initiatives Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok Content Creation and Management Other Preferable Skills: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc) Email clients (eg. Mailchimp, etc) / CRM experience Paid Advertising (Social / Search) Professional Photo & Audio equipment knowledge Social Analytics We’re looking for someone who can stay with us for the long term.
