Multimedia Producer & Photographer

This position combines creative vision, technical expertise, and storytelling excellence to help grow the YMCA brand and elevate member engagement. Capture high-quality photography for YMCA programs, campaigns, and marketing materials.Conduct both studio and on-location shoots across camps, aquatics, sports, wellbeing, ForeverWell, and other programs.Edit, retouch, and color-correct imagery for digital, print, and advertising use.Maintain consistent brand identity and visual tone across all photo assets.Video & Livestream Production Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Arts, or related field; demonstrated experience in professional video/photography production may be considered in lieu of degree.Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading video and photo projects for marketing, storytelling, or brand campaigns.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).Strong proficiency with professional cameras (Sony, Blackmagic), lighting, and audio equipment.Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion with strong storytelling, composition, and project management skills.Experience with livestream production and platforms (e.g., Vimeo, Livestream Studio).Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Preferred: Ability to travel to YMCA Facilities and Branches, Camps, and Community Locations Across the YMCA of the North Association and Service Territory.
