Greenhouse Nail Spa is an eco-conscious, natural nail salon located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle. We offer our clients a professional, friendly, and relaxing environment to visit. We are hoping to find a front desk coordinator who matches our style. The front desk coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients. - Greeting and checking in clients - Overseeing the retail area and promoting products - Navigating clients through menu/services - Managing the online schedule and taking appointments via phone - Responding to emails and other inquiries - Processing payments - Communicating with staff about client information and services - Light cleaning - Serving beverages - Social media posting (photography and/or copywriting skills a plus) - Report to salon manager
