Nashville Client-Facing Media Specialist (Photographer/Videographer)

No real estate media experience? What is Required • Living in Nashville, TN • Applying directly in Indeed (no applications outside of Indeed) • Provide thoughtful, very detailed answers to the questions in your own words • Being coachable and eager to learn new skills • A people-first mindset (hospitality or excellent client-facing experience is required) • Must be able to communicate with clients and teammates in English (7 AM–7 PM); promptly, clearly, and friendly • Make clients and property owners feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the shoot • Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for daily travel and a valid driver’s license • Drone license required within one month (we’ll support you through the process) • Own a computer connected to high-speed internet (250 Mbps minimum) • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Comfortable using apps, tools, and equipment required to deliver our services • Willing to sign a reasonable two-year non-compete, non-solicit and confidentiality agreement • Role is contingent upon passing a standard background check in compliance with federal and state laws. Strongly Preferred but NOT required: • Prior photography/videography experience • Your own gear • Editing skills (Please exclude your media-related skills and focus on personality and attitude) • If you have experience in photography and/or videography, please share examples of your work for review.
