Hospitality and spectacular customer service are paramount to our business. Ideally seeking someone experienced with Marketing AS WELL AS sales - knowledge about the events and/or photography studio business is a huge plus, but not necessary. Responsibilities primarily include: \\- Responding to all leads that come in by email \\- Following up with leads by phone \\- Persuading leads to come in for a tour to really SELL the space and services we offer \\- Doing cold calls & otherwise actively pursuing business from event coordinators, creative agencies, production companies and other businesses relevant to our industry to help sell our services \\- Keeping our booking calendar neatly organized, updated and providing all necessary details \\- Organizing bookings with our preferred vendors, rental companies & staff for events that need these services \\- Conceptualizing & executing effective marketing strategies to bring in a larger audience / improve our visibility as a brand Can absolutely work from home, but need someone local who is able to familiarize themselves with the space. Would prefer to start with a 1-month contract & grow into a part-time or full- time position after we are able to review performance. Alternatively, if preferred, we are also open to extending the contract for 3-month periods after the first month.
