About us Our work environment includes: • Photographing newborn babies in a joyful, fast-paced setting • Working with new moms to capture moments they will cherish forever • A supportive, social, and passionate team atmosphere Key Responsibilities • Capture high-quality, creative, and emotionally engaging photographs in hospital and natural light settings • Edit and enhance images using post-production software to ensure professional-quality results • Maintain an organized portfolio for use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns • Work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their photography needs • Promote services and participate in sales efforts to grow the business • Stay current with trends, techniques, and new equipment to continuously improve your craft Qualifications • Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and/or Capture One • Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory • Experience managing social media platforms for business promotion • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Background in journalism or photojournalism is a plus • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar software for video editing is a bonus Job Type: Full-time
