At Welcome. Newborn, we've been trusted for over 20 years to deliver unforgettable newborn photography services in hospitals nationwide. We're looking for a passionate Newborn Photographer to join our team at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA.
**About the role**: You'll be at the heart of the action, using top-notch equipment to create stunning photographs of newborns and their families. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule—we need you to cover Saturday and Sunday shifts starting at 9am, with at least one weekend day per week required. Additional shifts may be available at St. Joseph Medical Center.
**Compensation**: We offer competitive wages at $15 per hour, plus further earning potential through commission on sales. With commission, target earnings average $20–$30 per hour. The overall pay range for this role is $15–$25 per hour.
**What you'll do**:
- Capture beautiful photos of newborns and families
- Photograph, edit, and sell sessions, delivering memories quickly
- Connect warmly with new parents and present photography packages
- Accurately place orders and collect payments
