In this line of business it’s not uncommon for our clients to be under pressure and they can be difficult to deal with at times, so you need to know how to show consistent empathy and support, while not taking it personally. Having a positive attitude and honest work ethics, is foremost, and you must have excellent verbal communication skills, while still maintaining focus when under pressure. You need to listen to what people are telling you. • You must have a thick skin: some of our clients can be challenging, but we can't change them, Regardless, you always need to be able to deal with these customers with grace and respect.
