This is what we look for when growing our team: \\--Have a basic portrait photography background- You should have a basic understanding of portrait photography. \\--Have an energetic, and fun attitude- As a photographer or CSR you are always "on" and need to be able to bring your best attitude on a daily basis. If you have a link to your work or a website that is a big plus.
