Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 Year (Preferred) Maximization of sales within the company is the key. *Selected candidate must be available Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday)* Daily Duties: ∙ Bookkeeping (this should only take you 2-3 hrs/day depending on how proficient you are) ∙ Paying office bills ∙ Paying vendors ∙ Organizing Paperwork ∙ Creating and sending invoices ∙ Collecting payments from customers (you need to be comfortable being aggressive sometimes) ∙ Filing bank and credit card accounts (if needed) ∙ Providing reports to management ∙ Payroll (if needed) ∙ Handling returns, online purchases ∙ Basic Office tasks ∙ Coordinate office repairs, phone or internet issues, or any other general maintenance ∙ Making travel plans ∙ Managing all online payments ∙ Order supplies (Online and in person) ∙ PC Software Proficiency ∙ Google Calendars - you need to be the type who keeps a calendar digitally, and you're willing to at least view our shared Google Calendar so you know our schedule of events, classes, flights, etc ∙ Familiar with Dropbox or WeTransfer ∙ misc / marketing assistance ∙ Photography (If Needed) Looking for a candidate who LIKES the flexibility, diversity, and variety this job can bring.
