The Photographer will work collaboratively with the Yearbook Coordinator and Graphic Designer to ensure the Academy is well-documented and the Yearbook is a valued item of memorabilia for students and families. • Photographer with at least two years photographing experience • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Flexible, and able to solve problems • High level of cultural competence • Fluency with photo editing programs • Experience working with diverse populations and youth desirable • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Consent to photos being the property of IRC and not for use by the photographer without IRC's permission Standard of Professional Conduct:The IRC and the IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in the IRC Way - our Code of Conduct.
