The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations in a small busy office in Santa Barbara Harbor. Candidate must be professional, personable, possess strong communication & customer service skills, detail oriented and the ultimate multitasker. Ideal Candidate \\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and GoogleDrive \\- Familiar with both Mac & PC \\- Savvy on all social media platforms \\- Photoshop & InDesign skills; Wordpress skills a plus \\- Photography skills; Video editing a plus \\- Organized and responsible \\- Quick learner \\- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption \\- Interest in boating, fishing, diving or sailing \\- Familiar with Santa Barbara Harbor Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: \\- Phones \\- Meet and greet clients. Be helpful to public/visitors asking for info.
