Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator

These responsibilities will include but are not limited to: public relations/image building programs, market research, marketing collateral materials, requests for qualification and requests for proposal submittals, advertising, direct mail and email campaigns, event marketing, social media, project photography, digital media and world wide web presence, conference/tradeshow coordination. • Responsible for administrative safety requirements • Works with the office manager(s) to create strategic business plans, develop capture plans for key accounts, and to craft key selling messages and win strategies. • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is required • Works well with all types and levels of people both inside and outside the firm.
