The Operations Administrator is responsible for managing all facets of the business and fostering positive relationships with our clients throughout the management process. In this role, you will work with the client from initial interaction thru the remainder of the business relationship. Consult with property owners to coordinate staging, property photography, repairs, home improvements, signage, lockbox, access requirements and other marketing activities required to prepare for showings, coordinate showings, and schedule open houses. Input property details into our property management software, maintain documents and track progress for each property, and update necessary information in client database and transaction management systems and give our clients the best service possible. Coordinate and schedule evictions and all relevant activities with attorney's office and services.
