Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

A private, family owned company conducting business in Construction/Architecture/Fine Art Photography /seeking Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. Person will serve as the primary point of contact for business and personal matters for the owners. Must have experience with QuickBooks, Word, Acrobat, Excel, Social Media skills and posting. Responsibilities would include and would not be limited to the following: Answering phones, produce progress billings, keep track of A/R, A/P, filing, prepare financial statements, reconcile account statements, work with subs and vendors, keep the office organized, assisting with External Audits. Full-time offer is subject to a 2-month probationary period and background check.
