As the office assistant you will assist with the facilitation of company operations and culture by maintaining office processes, supporting the office manager and client relations manager with responsibilities including processing bookings, clerical work and data entry, building blogs, helping to keep the studio clean , packaging and shipping , posting on social media as well as client communications. Requirements and responsibilities • Self- starter with demonstrated capacity for independent initiative • Must be process-oriented, apt in creating and assisting systems • attention to detail and ability to stay focused • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Maturity, discretion and tact • Adept at Microsoft Outlook/Office Suite, QuickBooks, Instagram/social media platforms, and technology-at-large; must be Mac proficient • Prompt and timely with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Preferably lives within a 30 mile radius of studio (Glendale/La Canada) As creatives we are looking for an office assistant please note that this position will not lead into any creative role or photography position.
