Seasonal Production Associate - Legacy Production

Nationwide Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Production Associate to join our Legacy Production team. This position plays a key role in processing and preparing school photography products while ensuring production deadlines are met throughout our busy season.

Responsibilities

Review and upload SD cards from picture day events.
Review, edit, and process images using company software.
Label, border, and render class photos for online sales.
Maintain production workflows, queues, and deadlines in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and quality throughout all stages of image processing and production.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform accurate data entry and verify information before and after job processing.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong time management skills and dependable attendance.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
