Job Description: In this position, the viable candidate will get exposure to a variety of accounting functions, they will support the design team with various administrative tasks, and manage the studio in day-to-day operations. Ensure proper client billing with the review of proposals and the issuance of credits. Work with principal to prepare vendor payments as needed. Assist with the preparation of documentation for the external CPA and accounting team. Be sure to highlight in your Cover Letter and resume any experience using Studio Designer/Studio Webware in an Interior Design Firm.
