Capture high-quality images of the eye using specialized ophthalmic photography equipment and techniques.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and researchers to plan and execute photography sessions for clinical and research purposes.
Ensure all images are properly labeled, stored, and maintained in accordance with research protocols and confidentiality standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot ophthalmic photography equipment, including regular calibration and maintenance.
Stay updated on advancements in ophthalmic imaging technology and techniques to continuously improve image quality.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while working with patients and handling equipment.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding during photography sessions.
Provide training and guidance to other team members on ophthalmic photography techniques and equipment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new research projects and protocols that involve ophthalmic imaging.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all photography sessions and data collected.
Collaborate with other members of the research team to analyze and interpret imaging data.
Attend and present at conferences and symposiums to share research findings and advancements in ophthalmic imaging.
