Ophthalmology field experience wanted -- specific experience with various ophthalmology testing is a plus. SUMMARY: This position provides ophthalmology care; assists the physician on staff; assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with urgent, emergent or potential health problems. Schedule patients for surgery and in office appointment follow up; obtain necessary precertification Ability to maintain quality control standards. Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
