Scribes what the Doctor dictates per the patients' needs and diagnoses by performing the following duties: Detail history, checks IOP's, assist in minor office procedures and set up, scribe with the Dr., the snellen chart, vital signs, visual fields, OCT's and other related duties as assigned.
