Optometric Technician

Homer Eyecare (HEC) is searching for a dynamic team-player to add to their staff as an Optometric Technician. This position will combine knowledge of medical pre-testing, transcribing and coding in a fast-paced optometric clinic. Job Description: The Optometric Technician will be responsible for performing the medical pre- testing of all patients, including retinal photography, OCT scans, case history, and visual acuities, as well as patient education on testing procedures. Team Player - Must exhibit the ability to work well within the team environment, supporting all aspects of the practice and delivering on the patient experience.
