If you are unwilling to wear a mask, please refrain from applying. \\--- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with customers Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions Process orders via mail, telephone, and/or email Manage the customer repair queue and facilitate the servicing of items in a timely manner Accept and document incoming items or parcels Assist colleagues and other employees with administrative duties Refer any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person Establish and maintain customer profiles and prepare claim forms Maintain inventory and inform the supervisor of stocking needs as needed Efficiently and correctly correspond with third-party providers to obtain payments Resolve customer problems such as shipping or invoicing issues Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer; print shipment documents; record or file copy of order received Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates Prepare receipts and shipping documents Organize stock and maintain inventory Maintain and improve organization of order fulfillment department Inspect products for defects and damages Examine incoming and outgoing shipments Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately Assist with refurbishment of goods as needed Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Be willing and able to operate warehouse equipment, including carts, dollies, and pallet jacks to move merchandise about our facility Performing other duties as assigned \\--- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) to qualify for this position. We are looking for a positive, hard working, and reliable individual with excellent oral and written communication skills to help our customers have a great experience.
