An Order Support Specialist executes effective daily management of sales orders and inventory. You love working as part of a team that are all striving for the same goal. General Responsibilities: Answering phones, email and customer chat requests for sales support Picking and packing orders Counting stock and helping to keep inventory organized Administrative duties; making rebate claims with vendors Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone and email contact handling skills, active listening Familiarity with support ticket management systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Independent and quick decision making based on guidelines Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Be able to consistently interact with coworkers and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner Total of 40 hours per week.
