As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Responsibilities • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies • Assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed • Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting • All other duties as assigned
