Acting as a liaison for our Market Consultants and our rental clients, the Touring Agent will meet renters at the property, provide them access to the unit, and relay any questions or notes to our Market Consultants to continue assisting the renter after the appointment is over. Our primary service area is from Rogers Park down to Hyde Park, west along the Milwaukee Ave Corridor up to Cicero Ave. You would need a reliable vehicle, and generally be an outgoing, friendly, and reliable individual. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Most renters schedule appointments in the evenings and weekends, so the ideal candidate has a lot of flexibility from 3-8 M-F and 10-5 Sat-Sun, though there will be other appointments to pick up in the mornings and early afternoons during the week. It's also a great position for someone who works other gig jobs, or has open availability to pick up appointments as they come available.
