About the Opportunity

Legacy Stays is seeking a reliable and creative Photographer & Content Assistant to help document real estate networking events, property tours, auctions, and educational workshops throughout the Baltimore area.

This position is ideal for a college student, photography student, content creator, freelancer, or aspiring media professional looking to gain experience while building their portfolio.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality professional photos during live events
Record short-form video content for social media
Assist with filming attendee interviews and testimonials
Capture candid networking moments and event highlights
Help organize content during events
Ensure photos and videos are clear, well-lit, and professional
Provide edited photos within an agreed-upon timeframe
Assist event host as needed during event operations

Upcoming Assignment

The first assignment will be a Baltimore real estate auction event requiring approximately 2 hours of coverage.

Additional opportunities may be available throughout the summer, including:

Real estate networking events
Investor meetups
Property tours
Educational workshops
Community events

Qualifications

Experience with photography and/or videography
Ability to operate a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or professional-quality smartphone
Strong attention to detail
Professional and friendly demeanor
Comfortable interacting with attendees during interviews and testimonials
Reliable transportation preferred
Must be punctual and dependable

Preferred

Photography, marketing, communications, journalism, or media students
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok
Basic photo and video editing skills
