Part-Time Fashion Inventory & Photography Assistant

This role is focused on the physical intake of new items, including measuring garments, documenting condition reports, and assisting with photography. Photography Support • Assist in styling and photographing items on mannequins • Maintain studio organization and help ensure consistent visual standards • Steam and prep garments as needed for photoshoots Additional Studio Tasks (as needed) • Support basic studio maintenance and organization • Help with other light operational tasks related to inventory or logistics Qualifications • Some experience in fashion, styling, photography, or inventory is preferred • Must be based in Los Angeles and have reliable transportation • Available at least two days per week, with potential weekend shifts • Highly detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment • Familiarity with fashion terminology, steaming, fabrics, and measuring garments • Tech-savvy; experience with tools like Google Sheets, Shopify, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Able to lift and carry garments, boxes, or equipment up to 35 lbs • Must be comfortable working around dogs What We Offer • $22+/hour depending on experience • Flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week) • Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced vintage business • On-the-job training and development in fashion operations • An insider look at the luxury resale industry and archival fashion
