Your principal responsibility would be dyeing yarn. I've been doing all the dyeing myself for the last year or so, and after 10 years of dyeing yarn I'm pretty exhausted and don't have the time to adequately promote my work and create content for social media and update my website etc. Pay will increase to $15 an hour as soon as you can produce high quality colorways, and pay will increase after that yearly until you are at $18 per hour.
