Part-Time Merchandise Photoshoot Coordinator

Position Overview The Charleston Battery is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Merchandise Photoshoot Coordinator to plan and execute monthly product photoshoots for our retail and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute a monthly merchandise photoshoot (typically 5–15 items per session) • Develop a detailed shot list for each shoot, ensuring all products and angles are captured • Source and organize props, backdrops, and any necessary styling elements • Style all products to align with the Charleston Battery brand and visual identity • Prepare merchandise (steaming, folding, arranging) to ensure it is shoot-ready • Set up and break down shoot environment efficiently • Collaborate with internal team and/or photographer to ensure shot list execution • Maintain organization of merchandise and props before, during, and after shoots • Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all product imagery Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Creative eye for product styling, composition, and visual storytelling • Experience with retail, merchandising, or photoshoot coordination preferred • Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively • Comfortable sourcing props and making creative decisions with minimal direction • Interest in sports, apparel, or lifestyle brands is a plus Schedule & Commitment • Approximately 1 photoshoot per month • Estimated 4–8 hours per shoot (including prep, execution, and breakdown) • Flexible scheduling based on merchandise drops and team availability Compensation • Hourly or per-shoot rate (based on experience)
