We’re looking for an organized & enthusiastic office manager that is adept and at keeping an organized environment for our staff and our couples. We are looking for someone to help us keep our 5 star satisfaction rate going. You’ll be in charge of emailing and talking with future couples and communicating that we’re the #1 wedding photographers in the Houston & New Orleans areas. Responsibilities Include: 👈 -Answering incoming calls and taking detailed messages to relay to team members -Sending out mail- Thank You notes and gifts -Email correspondence -Send bookings and invoices through our booking system -Scheduling sessions, shooters, and weddings -Weekly reporting of company data -Other duties as assigned.
