Our studio is dog-friendly, and large dogs may occasionally be present in the office.

About the Position:

We are looking for a talented, dependable, and detail-oriented **Part-Time Photo Editor** to join our digital production team.

This person will help edit, color-correct, process, organize, and quality-check a high volume of school and sports photographs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys photo editing, takes pride in producing accurate and consistent work, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Because our projects move quickly and frequently overlap, the right person will be organized, responsive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to maintain quality while meeting deadlines.

Flexible Schedule:

This position will generally work two to three days per week.

Our production team operates Monday through Saturday, allowing us to offer a flexible, mutually agreed-upon recurring schedule based on the candidate’s availability and our production needs.

This position may work especially well for someone balancing another job, school, freelance work, family responsibilities, or other commitments. Once a schedule is established, dependable and consistent attendance on the agreed-upon days will be important.

Our greatest staffing need is during August, September, and October. Available hours are expected to decrease beginning in November as our seasonal production volume slows. Because workload varies throughout the year, a specific number of weekly hours cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance school and sports photographs using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe PhotoshopProcess large quantities of images efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.Organize and manage digital files and assets accurately.Collaborate with the digital production and creative teams to maintain visual consistency across projects.Carefully review your own work before completing a project.Assist with quality-control reviews of team members’ work.Communicate questions, concerns, or potential delays before they affect a deadline.Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop.Strong understanding of color correction, cropping, image quality, and visual consistency.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.Strong organizational and file-management skills.Ability to receive directions and respond positively to feedback.Willingness to learn new software, processes, and production standards.Ability to commute to our studio in the Wayzata/Deephaven area.Comfort working in a dog-friendly office where dogs may be present.Experience with school photography, sports photography, volume photography, batch editing, or sports graphic design is helpful but not required.

Pay and Benefits:
