Part-Time Photographer, Company Gear Provided

We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Photographer who will represent our brand with confidence, professionalism, and genuine warmth. You will travel to properties around Lafayette to capture real estate photos and videos. • Paid training at a fixed rate of $15 per hour • Standard photoshoots starting at $25 per unit • Increases to $30 per unit after earning a drone license • Video services and specialty add-ons paid based on project scope • Mileage reimbursement at 0.30 cents per mile • *Drive time is not hourly but is partially reimbursed with mileage. We are looking for someone who: • Lives within the Lafayette, LA area • Communicates with confidence and enjoys talking with people • Shows up on time and maintains a positive, upbeat attitude • Enjoys being challenged and growing into leadership • Works well independently and follows established processes • Has some comfort using a camera, although extensive experience is not required While REPP is known for its training and coaching programs in the real estate media industry, this job is for a paid employee position with a local business owner in your area.
