The estimated workload is a maximum of 10 hours per week for video editing, with on-site photography for scheduled events as needed. Requirements: • Demonstrated experience in photo and video editing via a portfolio • Skilled in photo editing including color correction, retouching, cropping, and resizing • Proficient in video editing including assembly, trimming, color grading, audio cleanup, basic motion graphics, and subtitles • Strong understanding of color grading, audio balancing, and modern editing styles • Experience editing for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects) • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
