Part-Time Photography Manager

TSS Photography of Clayton is seeking skilled and experienced photography manager to join our team!

Ever want a fulfilling, hybrid, onsite photography role with the fatest growing sports, school and event photography franchise in the nation? Now's your chance!

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, and photographing, and assisting at photoshoots at various locations near Johnston, Wake, Harnett, and Cumberland counties. and You will be working with children and parents, so candidates must be kid-friendly, with a professional attitude and appearance.

Work will be some weekdays in April and May with some work falling on the weekends, especially for our sports photography setups. To ensure success as a photography manager, you should have a basic knowledge of photography and a willingness to learn lighting and posing techniques. Most importantly, we want you to have fun!

Training will be provided. Please indicate your availability and previous experience in your submission!

Responsibilities:
• Conducting portrait and group photography sessions onsite (outdoors and indoors)
• Giving team members feedback during photoshoots
• Problem solving any issues that arise during picture day
• Posing subjects
• Maintaining friendly interactions with coaches, children, and parents.
• Helping transport and pack camera/lighting gear
• Communicating with the owner and president to ensure a successful picture day program

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in volume sports, school or graduation photography, is a huge plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel to various locations within Charlottesville, Culpepper and beyond!
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• A passion for photography and a desire to create high-quality images that customers will love
