Part time Property Damage Appraiser/Estimator Needed Estimate Property Damage (we could train) Photograph/Measure, and describe damage to structures Help determine cause and origin of losses (we will train) Investigate Insurance claim losses Interview people This is a Part time position (with a view towards permanency for the right candidates) and some of the work may occasionally be after normal business hour. You would work out of your home and will therefore need a high speed internet connection and a modern PC (not Apple). General Contractor Construction or contractor experience- the more trades the better Experience in Estimating structural damages to buildings - residential or commercial Xactimate damage estimating programs experience a plus.
