Part-Time Real Estate Photographer (No Experience Needed)

We’re looking for a dependable, kind, and professional Real Estate Photographer to join our small, growing team. If you’re flexible, comfortable learning new things, and love interacting with people, this could be a great fit. Ideal Candidate • Lives within ~30 miles of Waltham, MA (West Boston area preferred for central access) • Confident driving in Boston and surrounding suburbs (including winter conditions) • Has strong availability Monday-Wednesday mornings and early afternoons, with some weekend flexibility • Friendly, genuine, and professional with strong people skills • Highly responsive and dependable - communicates quickly and clearly • Organized and detail-oriented; follows checklists and confirms uploads without reminders • Can think on their feet and problem-solve independently when layouts or situations vary • Comfortable learning new processes and applying feedback • Excited to grow with a small, friendly, but high-performing team • Already has or is ready to obtain the FAA Part 107 drone license quickly after hiring • Basic camera familiarity strongly preferred; video experience a plus You’ll have flexibility to block off days when you’re unavailable, but most shoots take place between 9AM-5PM on weekdays, with the occasional evening or Saturday option if clients request it.
