We’re hiring a detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Salt Lake City area.
This is not just a photography job — it’s a client-facing role representing our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with agents and homeowners while capturing listing media and delivering a polished, white-glove experience every time.
No prior real estate photography experience required. We provide paid training and structured systems — you bring the attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Standard shoots: $25/hourAfter drone certification: $28/hourAfter video certification: $30/hourAdditional Pay
Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/milePaid drive time between appointmentsGrowth

What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled shootsCapture interior and exterior listing media using a structured shot listFollow detailed processes and checklists consistentlyRepresent the company professionally with clientsUpload media after each shoot (no editing required)Maintain organization and accuracy across appointmentsDeliver a high-end, white-glove client experienceAfter video certification: help guide agents during video shoots
Schedule & Availability
Monday–Friday availability requiredApproximately 30 hours per weekTypical shoot window: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMOccasional evening shootsSchedule varies based on bookingsFlexibility and reliability are essential
