Part-Time Real Estate Photographer (Naples) – Paid Training, No Experience Needed

Who We Are

SWFL RE Photography creates photos, video tours, drone media, 3D tours and floor plans for real estate agents across Southwest Florida. We care about high-quality work, dependable service and a great client experience.

What This Role Requires

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, serving, bartending, or retail
Professional, friendly interaction with agents and homeowners in their homes
Arriving on time to every scheduled shoot
Working independently and completing tasks without reminders
Careful handling and care of company equipment
Following detailed step-by-step processes and applying feedback
Regular driving between shoot locations

No photography experience is needed. We provide full training on the technical side.

Responsibilities

Shoot listings primarily in Naples, Marco Island, Ave Maria and Bonita Springs, with occasional shoots in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Punta Gorda
Capture photos, video, drone media, 3D scans and floor plans using our step-by-step process
Keep equipment charged, organized and ready
Upload files promptly after every shoot
Communicate promptly about any issue that affects a scheduled shoot

Pay

Paid per shoot unit; typically equivalent to $25–$35 per on-site hour
Mileage reimbursement

Schedule

Typically 5–15 hours per week, varying with seasonal demand (busiest January–April). Hours are not guaranteed.
Availability of at least 3 days per week is required, submitted in advance. Shoots are booked within the availability you provide.
Scheduled shoots must be honored except in genuine emergencies.

Requirements

Must live within approximately 20 minutes of Naples
Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition
iPhone 14 or newer
Reliable computer and high-speed internet for uploading large files
Able to work outdoors in heat and humidity, walk properties, climb stairs, and carry equipment up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Business casual attire at shoots
Must pass a background check
FAA Part 107 drone certification required before your start date (study materials provided; exam fee reimbursed upon passing)
Cannot hold an active real estate license, to avoid conflicts of interest with our clients
