Patient Liaison

Up and coming Medical Spa located at the heart of Roseville looking for a Patient Liaison or Patient Care Coordinator. Duties of this role entails: -Frequent communication with patients for appointment setup and post-procedure follow ups -Social Media advertising for the acquisition of new patients - making before and after pictures, confirming photography consents -Create and send "eblasts" -Part-Time or Full Time TBD -Front office duties (picking up phone calls, checking-in patients, taking payments, light cleaning/dusting as part of COVID-19 protocol, etc) -Back office duties (Ordering of supplies, inventory check, etc) -Be available on-call as needed (e.g.: fill in for a sick employee on short notice) We are looking for someone who loves Beauty! Must possess the following: -Be Very Organized -Be Reliable -Empathetic -Self-Motivated -Independent -Excellent phone etiquette -Type 40 wpm -Great computer skills and knowledge of Word/Excel -Ability to sell services and products -Eager to learn and grow -Quick learner -Great at Multi-tasking -Be able to work well with others -Able to take direction without hesitation -Be social media savvy and willing to learn all the features and functionality of social media -Able to think in viewpoint of marketing -Be able to work in a medical environment (e.g.: not be afraid of blood, adhering to HIPAA, etc) Applicants with the following experience/background will be viewed favorably: -Those with marketing/advertising background -Those in customer service/hospitality background -Estheticians -Those with managerial experience -Those with experience in working in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic plastic surgery, or the field of beauty in general -Bilingual (e.g. Chinese, Spanish, Russian)
