Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to ServicePhotography Project CoordinatorThe Advertising Photography Project Coordinator assists the supervisor in achieving their vision for the project by coordinating all facets of a production from planning to post-production. The Production Coordinator also oversees the safety of the crew while on a shoot. Assists the Project Lead in various aspects of shoots including but not limited to preparation of equipment, setting up/tearing down of equipment on set, and assigned on-set responsibilities such as camera operator, lighting technician, or other set responsibilities.Coordinates ProductionsResearches, coordinates, works with the project management team, and reserves resources for shoots during various phases of production. Communicate with other departments or outside vendors as needed to obtain or reserve resources.Acts as a LiaisonActs as liaison between the crew, talent, and other departments to keep everyone informed of the production schedule and responsibilities.Develops SkillsDevelops skills and improve abilities with production techniques and tools.
