Personal and Professional Assistant

Job Description: Part-time personal and professional assistant for a property management firm. Day to day tasks change constantly, but essential duties include: • Process rental applications and lease documents • Update marketing ads online and help with property marketing activities • Perform market research and generate market comparison reports • Office management and organization • Schedule appointments • Run errands Hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule Pay: $15/hour DOE Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent • One year of professional office experience • Experience in basic marketing, social media, and website management • Bonus if applicant has experience with decoration, yard work, photography, or property management Other Requirements: • Excellent communicator • Detail Oriented • Organized • Flexible • Professional verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to analyze and solve problems • Ability to deal with/handle potential confrontational situations • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Access to reliable transportation o Prefer someone with their own vehicle o Valid driver’s license • Access to their own computer • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
