Personal Assistant

We are seeking a candidate who is vaccinated and boosted, with a willingness to wear an N-95 mask in the house if necessary and to take a rapid test occasionally. The role will be onsite, but remote support may be routinely possible after projects are established. This is a temp-to-perm position with a 90-day trial period and the possibility to increase hours after that time. For immediate consideration, please submit a cover letter and resume. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in any subject highly preferred • Must be vaccinated and boosted, willing to wear N-95 mask when on site at the client’s home (if requested and will be provided) and willing to take a rapid test occasionally • Experience as a personal/executive assistant OR transferable experience • Ability to help someone who is new to having an assistant learn how best to utilize them, and comfortability taking the reins • Highly organized and detail-oriented; a lover of technology including experience with Mac, Microsoft, and Adobe • Photography experience a plus but not required • Willingness to take on a wide array of tasks and ability to keep many plates spinning at once; the ability to prioritize and manage time wisely • Highly skilled verbal and written communication skills • Extremely personable and skilled at relationship building • Ability to thrive and solve problems under pressure • Forward thinking; ability to anticipate employer’s needs and adapt quickly • Comfortable working autonomously and remotely at times but will be on site the majority of the time • Honesty, candor, and comfortability saying "I don't know,” but willingness to “find the yes” Responsibilities • Support client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel planning, project coordination, correspondence, etc.
