Personal Assistant / Housekeeper Needed Part Time

We need someone to come in and help us with our day-to-day tasks to keep us focused on our clients out of our home in West Hollywood. We also need you to be a good cook and be comfortable cooking simple Paleo / Animal-based meals and also helping with misc office and personal tasks. The majority of your daily tasks will be around food prep for lunch and dinner as well as cooking, but we will also need help with simple admin tasks such as research, errands, keeping the house clean and organized and day-to-day tasks that come up. • Keep the kitchen clean and organized including dishes/sink/dishwasher and ordering supplies when running low • Track inventory of kitchen, cleaning and office supplies as needed • Prepare and ship packages as needed (UPS or Post office drop-offs) • Help keep things organized and you notice when things are out of place • Re-organize cabinets and office supply closets as needed • Run Errands as needed • Research for personal and office tasks as needed • Open packages that come in and cut down boxes • Prepping space for client visits • Assist with personal (and sometimes mundane) tasks + chores • Light laundry for household and dog supplies (we do our own clothes) • Keeping an eye on our 2 French Bulldogs Nice To Have But Not Required • Social media content experience • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator to help create social media graphics • Interest in food photography and plating • Bonus if you have any design or social media background • A car to do errands Job Requirements • Must have laptop - mac preferred • Must be a good cook and be comfortable cooking/grilling simple Paleo foods and meats • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confident and assertive when necessary • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously • Good judgment and discretion with confidential information • Proficient at multi-tasking and follow-through • Exceptional organizational skills - OCD welcomed! Please note: No outside food will be allowed in the house due to allergies, but lunch will be provided daily.
