Personal Assistant to Artist & Marketing Specialist

I'm a busy female Artist/Designer with many creative projects happening at once and looking for that special personal assistant who can keep things going smoothly by mainly branding my art work on line through all social media networks. I am undergoing chemotherapy so I surround myself with clean good energy! So cleanliness is a must when working close. Personal Characteristics and Job Requirements -Self-motivated with a positive attitude and Energy at all times -Must be Creative, Sharp, Strong and Intelligent -Must be clean, organized and neat -Be jack-of- all trade’s and willing to absorb New things quickly at a fast-pace with an open mind \\- Must be able to multi-task and have a keen attention to detail \\- Fast learner and growth orientated -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Job Requirements and Skills -Must have an artistic background with a Fashion Forward eye for style. -Excellent in PR & CRM management skills \\- Outstanding written skills in preparing concise and informative press releases and oral presentation skills \\- Experience in photography, photoshop and video editing for my photo shoots \\- Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides) -Knowledge in setting up a website is a plus -Research products According to my specifications -Work with suppliers in China and India -Strong computer skills -Assist in scheduling Must have reliable form of transportation, driver's license and current insurance Valid U.S. work permit required This is a part time position with room for growth for the right person!!
