Personal Executive Assistant

The first and primary role of the Personal Executive Assistant will be working with the Chief Executive Officer. This role is supporting an entrepreneurial CEO, we’re a fast growing, multi- state series of companies currently with over 700 employees and real estate agents. We move quickly, change rapidly, and seeking a Personal Executive Assistant who can handle a fast paced, complex environment. The primary roles of this position: Executive Assistant Duties • Manage communication between CEO, upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives • Assist with management of client and employee relationships, including gift- giving and recognitions • Maintain expense reports and pay bills as needed • Coordinate with marketing team for video production and content creation, an interest in video, photography, or social media is a plus Personal Assistant Duties • Manage household vendors, including scheduling, coordination, and recurring appointments • Track and manage household related supplies and services • Manage mail, packages, home deliveries • Run errands as needed to return purchases or pick up needed items • Schedule appointments and coordinate family schedules and calendars • Research new vendors, service providers, home products, and travel The primary requirements for this position: • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Calendaring experience • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Tech savvy and highly resourceful • Problem solver, creative thinker, and driven to find solutions • Discretion and confidentiality • Work Hard.
