The 3rd Party Associate is responsible for all 3rd Party (Amazon & eBay and any other 3rd party site) orders and communications with those customers. The Ecommerce/Used Associate will function as a strategic part of the Used and Purchasing Departments to ensure growth and reach of the Midwest Photo brand. Process returned orders from Amazon and eBay daily to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to communicate details and pertinent information in writing, for the purpose of 3rd party listings. Work on a computer in an office environment nearly 70% of the time and managing inventory and preparing for shipments and deliveries in the warehouse nearly 30% of the time.
