Title: Videographer / Video Editor Duration: 9 Months contract Location: Nashville, TN 37220 Pay: $ 28.66/Hour on W2 Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for use across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and internal communications Support social media content creation by producing visual assets and collaborating on creative concepts that align with campaign goals and platform needs Travel throughout Tennessee to capture video at events, farms, facilities, and other on-location settings Collaborate with the communications team to develop video concepts and social media content, including visual storytelling, asset development, and content planning. Ensure video content meets accessibility and ADA compliance standards, including captioning requirements Manage video equipment, footage organization, file storage, and archives Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated professional experience in videography and video editing Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Experience contributing to social media content creation beyond video, including graphics, visual assets, or campaign support Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva is a plus Strong storytelling, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience creating content for government, nonprofit, or public-sector organizations is a plus Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices is preferred Work Environment Full-time position Temporary/contract role (9-12 months) Frequent in-state travel required for filming; some flexibility for remote editing when appropriate
